Highly detailed anterior composite restorations require instruments specifically designed to properly manipulate and contour the material, especially along the cervical margins. The gold instrument features a convex blade to distribute composite across the facial plane in diastemas and Class IV and Class V restorations. Its long, flat, thin, and flexible blade facilitates placement and manipulation of the interproximal composite. It facilitates restoration of the gingival line to shape the margin; the deep, flexible blade is used where more contour is needed. The handle is aluminum and the blades are stainless steel. One rigid blade and one super-flexible. The flexible blade is threaded and can be easily replaced. Autoclavable.
